Thanks for the email,
We started the discussion , we even discussed about possible dates. it is
unfortunate that we cannot make it for this year.
Yes we can make the budget request for ICANN support to have the
intercessional meeting for FY2015. I don't recall how we proceeded for the
first intercessional meeting but we can for sure coordinating in order to
ensure the request approval.
For the format and structure, I think the consensus was that we are looking
for more joint working sessions instead of having ICANN staff briefing us,
I mean that is up to us to set the agenda and topics.
