[EC-NCSG] Conflict between NCSG-EC Mtg and Intersessional Planning Meeting on 12/5

Hi everyone,

seeing no objection, I will move the call to next week friday 19th Dec
16:00UTC. it will be just before holidays and end of year, so good
opportunity to get things done, review new applications and those pending
(from last reviews, we got responses from some and other need final
decsion) to shrink the list. and from then we will come back to what we
agreed as the last friday in the month starting from January
please vote beforehand so we only focus on contentious case.

@Maryam please update the invite again and cancel the previous ones to
avoid any confusion.
