[EC-NCSG] 5 new individual applicants to vote on

Thanks to all those NCSG-EC Members who have voted on these 5 pending  
applications in the last couple of weeks.

Those pending applicants who have not received any objections from EC  
members but have been waiting for final approval will be deemed  
approved in 48-hours unless someone objects to an applicant before  
then.  So vote if you haven't yet!
