[EC-NCSG] 5 new individual applicants to vote on

Dear NCSG-EC Members:

We have 5 new individual applicants to NCSG to evaluate and approve.

You can vote (or write your concern/question) directly in this  
pending file so we can keep track of who has voted on what.  Or you  
can vote on this list, but then I have to copy and paste your vote/ 
comment over to the pending file and so it creates a bottleneck doing  
it that way.  So please just vote by typing directly into pending  
file after your initials (in column H).

These are all individual applicants and several have no domain name  
(not required under criteria 2), so it is a very quick and easy  
evaluation and vote for most of these applicants in my view.  So  
please evaluate and vote in the next 5 days so we can get back to  
these folks asap and welcome many of them into NCSG very soon.
