[EC-NCSG] UPCH Peru - NCSG/NPOC application

Dear Robin,

Klaus Stoll, Eduardo Monge and I have known Lady (that his her first name
not a title!) Murrugurra for many years.  See: *Lady* Murrugarra -

Lady M. had applied before your time and mine to NPOC, via the NPOC website
and before we establish our current  NCSG modus operande on SG/Cy
membership application.

Upon recontacting her recently to offer my apologies for having to reapply
under the new modus operandi, she went to the NCSG site for application.
She wanted UPCH to join NCSG/NPOC. She probably has filled the form for
NCSG/NCUC as an individual.

Please note this situation so that we can take it into account when we
discuss the admission of the  Instituto de Medicina Tropical Alexander von
Humboldt - UPCH. IMTAvH/UPCH is a leader in the field of ICTs and Health
and health education in South America....

By the way, do you expect any progress soon with ICANN/GNSO administrating
our membership data base? I am not too thrilled with spending my time on
admin. issues such as this one. I have about 15 legacy NPOC members that
still need to go through the NCSG application and I'm not looking forward
to the work load. Klaus is not running to be re-elected in 2013 as Chair,
Membership Committee, NPOC and no new  nomination has yet been registered
(the nomination period ends today!). That is why I am taking the workload
from Klaus.
