[EC-NCSG] NCSG membership applications to approve

Reminder:  Please evaluate and vote on the pending NCSG membership applications.  The ones that have been pending since 26 May and no EC member has objected to will be deemed Approved on 22 June 2013 (Saturday).  So please review the applications pending in the links below and evaluate the applications before then.
