[EC-NCSG] New NCSG Membership Applications Approval by email ?

Thanks, Alain.  Yes, the standard practice is to try to get through  
as many as we can on this list (the easy ones), and then have a call  
to resolve the more difficult cases.  So I do encourage EC members to  
use this list to discuss and evaluate these applications.
