Sorry we had no time to chat in LA...

Thanks a lot for briefing me on this and also for sharing your opinion on
the partial inadequacy of the NCSG membership application form for
individuals - it also has weaknesses on the institutional side. We are
awaiting the outcome of a request to ICANN for the staff to redesign and
handle the administrative function of NCSG/NCUC/NPOC  membership data base
under the direction of the EC-NCSG/NCUC/NPOC. I still find it difficult to
approve an individual membership without knowing a little bit about the
person... but I may be out to lunch on that... however in light of the info
on the two public sites you shared with me, I would now wish to APPROVE.

See other comments below embedded in your text.

May I forward this back to the EC-NCSG to indicate my change of decision?
If you prefer keeping this private, that is also fine with me.

If and when GNSO Secretariat agrees to handle the admin tasks for us, this
problem should be solved
