[EC-NCSG] alternate to the standing committee on Improvements of the GNSO - lose end

We need to approve NCSG member Stefania Milan as an Alternate to the  
Standing Committee on Improvements (SCI) to assist Avri, who is our  
primary representative in the committee.  Stefania has agreed to  
serve as the alternate in this group, and she and Avri are already  
coordinating.  So please let me know if there any objection to adding  
Stefania asap.  Thanks!
