[EC-NCSG] Buenos Aires Travel for NCSG-EC

Hi Avri,

if I recall correctly, for gnso councillors leaving or new elected will be
supported by CT anyway since the new elected will take seat at the end of
gnso council open meeting in wednesday (probably starting with the election
of chair)
for nomcom, the AGM in BA will be the beginning of new term(it is the
meeting to prepare plan for nomcom for getting feedback about last year and
coming year ,outreach, selection etc, while the second is for outreach and
preparing for selection and the last for selecting icann "leaders"), if
NCUC EC sent confirmation of appointment to nomcom, it should be ok.
