[EC-NCSG] Buenos Aires Travel for NCSG-EC

Hi,

Has does this work on this meeting.

We will have not only Council members but council members elect.

Do we get those in addition to the 3 from each NCSG+NCUC+NPOC?  Or do those have to be used for newly elected - who are unknown at this point.

For myself I expect to be traveling under ATRT's account this time again.    Does Rafik get a Nomcom slot - or does Nomcom not attend this meeting.
