[EC-NCSG] 5 new individual applicants to vote on

Thanks Robin,
should we update the pending list of applicants and review them in due time
since we have quite short time slot to discuss many topics in the EC
meeting next week.
any confirmation that we will discuss with ICANN staff? I am willing to
follow-up with them later on technical side and ensuring that NCSg has
the ownership of the membership list.
