[EC-NCSG] pending NCSG membership applications - votes & comments

Dear EC Members:
We have a new NCSG membership application from ISOC-TT to consider
(it is in the google data file with all the other pending applications).
But it just came in today and I'd like for it to be considered in the
batch that just went out yesterday for decision by the NCSG-EC. So
let's please add it here to this email discussion thread and make our
decision on it asap. (Apparently the group joined NPOC, but did not
apply for NCSG membership until now due to a misunderstanding of the
process of joining NCSG first.)
For the record, I vote to APPROVE the membership application from
ISOC-TT.
