Dear Cintra,
It appears from the below email from Alain that NPOC has not
appointed you to the NCSG-EC. He said that would be a separate
appointment after he did some consultations. So there seems to be
some confusion as to just what role you have been appointed by NPOC.
The Vice-Chair of NPOC is not necessarily the NPOC representative on
the NCSG-EC.
It is very important for NPOC to clarify what these roles entail and
what is the process for making their appointments. The process
should be open and transparent and accountable to the membership, so
these matters should be clearly explained as soon as possible.
