[EC-NCSG] pending NCSG membership applications - votes & comments

Alain,

I'm not sure what you mean by "approve for NPOC membership".

We are a committee of NCSG members voting to approve applicants to  
NCSG membership.

Approval for constituency memberships is a separate process that  
happens after NCSG has accepted them for membership, and is done by  
the individual constituencies.

So we (NCSG-EC) are not approving anything for NPOC - this is an NCSG  
activity we are doing on this list.  I hope that clarifies this task.
