[EC-NCSG] pending NCSG membership applications - votes & comments

Dear all,

I have added my comments below from memory.... the google docs link in
Robin's originating email is failing me... I have asked Robin for an
alternate url route.... I will revert quickly as soon as I can access the
applications. Thks in advance

Alain Berranger - I know Olivier Kouami... He is an ICT4D senior Consultant
in his private practice and heads up this NGO on the side (A bit like you
Robin with your own practice and IPjustice). He is a volunteer on NPOC's
Program Committee and in charge of facilitating the recruiting NGOs/NFPs in
francophone Africa, so he understands wlll the NFP criteria of NCSG. I will
raise your concerns...
