[EC-NCSG] draft discussion agenda for NCSG-EC mtg and proposed mtg times to choose from

Dear EC members:

Below is a draft discussion agenda for our NCSG Executive Committee  
meeting in Toronto.

Also below are proposed times to hold this EC meeting.  We can't do  
it on the weekend because of GNSO Council meetings happening all day  
that several of us will be in, so we have to select a time from  
within the regular ICANN meeting Monday-Thursday.

Those of us who are demanding this meeting cannot also be unavailable  
for it during the official ICANN week, so we will choose from the  
following times, depending on what works for most EC members.  I'd be  
glad to set up a doodle poll if needed, but hopefully we can get this  
scheduled via email in the next day.  Please choose from the  
following times for the EC meeting:
   Monday 15 October 17:00
   Tuesday 16 October (during NCSG mtg 14:00)
   Wednesday 17 October 13:00
   Thursday 18 October 13:00

3.  Reminder:  All NCSG-EC terms end with the conclusion of annual  
meeting in Toronto and constituencies should each appoint their 2  
replacement representatives to the NCSG-EC asap.
