[EC-NCSG] scheduling an NCSG-EC mtg in Toronto?

Dear EC Members:

I'm looking at the schedule to find a time to hold an EC meeting in  
Toronto.  We could do it either Sunday (14th) afternoon or (18th)  
Thursday mid-late morning.   Another possibility would be to set  
aside 1 of our 2 hours on Tuesday (16th) during the NCSG meeting for  
an EC discussion.  The drawback with Tuesday is we would have less  
time to prepare for our meeting with board immediately after our NCSG  
meeting, but we could invite the entire NCSG to join and they will  
already be there, and that would be worth doing.

What day would folks prefer?  I'm happy to set up a discussion at any  
of these times.

We'll ask for remote participation, of course, for those who can't be  
in Toronto.
