[EC-NCSG] Requesting an NCSG-EC meeting in Toronto

Hi Robin,

I recall I argued that a F2F meeting between the three members present in
Prague would have been useful... This time in Toronto we should be able to
hold a F2F meeting, no?

I leave the scheduling to you as Chair, if you think worthwhile.
