[EC-NCSG] NCSG Membership Application of National Grange / James Bikoff (follow-up)

Dear fellow EC members:
Having attended the Costa Rica meeting and having seen Bikoff in person, where he represented and caucused with the IPC and made no effort to attend NCSG meetings or even inquire about it as far as I know, I would have to rule his application as ineligible due to the provision against allowing membership to organizations or persons who are already part of another GNSO constituency.

We haven't heard from anyone in the EC on this NCSG membership application, so please provide your response by the end of this week so I can get back to this applicant.  Reminder: All applications are all saved in the Google Docs shared folder for NCSG-EC.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
