Hi all,

Thanks Tapani for the email. Let me clarify some points.
First thing, I want to ask everyone to not react quickly and refrain from
making any accusation or seeing any malice. We can disagree and have
different opinions of course but we should keep it collegial.

With regard to rules for the NCSG election, yes there is no written
procedure on this specific matter. There might be perceived norms by parts
of membership but it doesn't seem to be the same for all. NCSG EC discussed
the clarification of many aspects of the election since last year,
identifying several points including campaigning that should be
written down in the operating procedures. This case would be another to add
for EC to work on.

Hope this helps. A lot needs to be done and I hope I can make as much as
possible before the end of my term in October.
Thanks everyone. Please vote and participate in NCSG life.

Best,

Rafik
