Hi Remmy,

Thanks for those comments but I would clarify at this stage, it is not
anymore about commenting on proposal changes. Those bylaws amendments were
voted by the ICANN Board and Empowered Community has the opportunity to
approve or object to those changes. GNSO is one of decisional participants.
