[Ncsg-discuss] Nominations

I would like to second all of these nominations, especially Juan's, who
I've been in NPOC with since 2015.

Juan is easy to work with and a positive, experienced member of the NCSG
who's been to council, PDPs as well holding different positions at NPOC,
including being the chair for the last three years. I have no reservations
in commending him to take this job. :)
