Thank you for the nomination, Tapani.

While I am happy to accept the nomination, but...
(isn't there always a "but"? :) )

I fully agree with the need for fresh blood. Considering it is
my 7th year on the Council. and having being closely involved for
more than that, I am happy to contribute my experience, but also
encourage younger people to apply, and members to vote for
those young people instead of old, cynical graybeards like me.
