Thank you for sharing the draft Criteria & Indicators document for review.
As someone still relatively new to some of the GNSO review processes, I
found the framework very helpful in understanding the broader approach
being developed under the Continuous Improvement Program. Overall, I
believe it provides a constructive foundation for further strengthening the
effectiveness and accountability of the multistakeholder model.
>From my initial reading, a few areas that stood out to me include:
- the importance of assessing not only the existence of mechanisms, but
also their effectiveness and practical impact;
- the value of additional clarity around survey-based assessment
methodologies;
- balancing efficiency considerations with the inclusive and
deliberative nature of multistakeholder policy development;
- and the role of accessibility, onboarding, transparency, and
meaningful participation in supporting effective engagement across the
community.
These are only preliminary reflections from my side as I continue learning
and engaging more deeply with the process, and I look forward to following
the discussions and contributing constructively where useful.
