<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Thank you for sharing the draft Criteria & Indicators document for review.</span></div><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">As someone still relatively new to some of the GNSO review processes, I found the framework very helpful in understanding the broader approach being developed under the Continuous Improvement Program. Overall, I believe it provides a constructive foundation for further strengthening the effectiveness and accountability of the multistakeholder model.</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">From my initial reading, a few areas that stood out to me include:</p><ul><li>the importance of assessing not only the existence of mechanisms, but also their effectiveness and practical impact;</li><li>the value of additional clarity around survey-based assessment methodologies;</li><li>balancing efficiency considerations with the inclusive and deliberative nature of multistakeholder policy development;</li><li>and the role of accessibility, onboarding, transparency, and meaningful participation in supporting effective engagement across the community.</li></ul><p>These are only preliminary reflections from my side as I continue learning and engaging more deeply with the process, and I look forward to following the discussions and contributing constructively where useful.</p><br clear="all"></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><p><strong>Abbas Sibai</strong><br>
