Hi all,

thanks for the suggestions, I am summarizing them below:

   - How does ICANN plan to ensure that civil society and noncommercial
stakeholders continue to have meaningful opportunities to contribute to
policy development as the community prepares for the next round of the New
gTLD Program and other major strategic initiatives? Are there additional
measures being considered to reduce barriers to sustained participation and
   leadership within the multistakeholder model?
   - Balancing privacy and legitimate access to registration data: As the
SSAD discussions continue, how does ICANN envision supporting a framework
that improves predictability and trust for legitimate requestors while
   respecting applicable data protection laws?
   - Strengthening the multistakeholder model: What opportunities does
ICANN see for improving participation from underrepresented regions and
newcomers so that policy development benefits from more diverse
   perspectives?
   - Future priorities for policy implementation: Looking beyond the
current workstreams, what policy areas does the CEO believe will require
the greatest community attention over the next 2–3 years?
   - Building community trust: As policy discussions become increasingly
complex and sometimes polarized, what practical steps does ICANN leadership
believe are most important to maintain trust between the community, the
   Board, and the organization?
   - With the close of the New gTLD Program application window approaching
soonest, there appear to be delays in the processing of Applicant Support
Program (ASP) applications on the ICANN org side. What is ICANN's plan to
ensure that these delays do not affect the ability of ASP applicants to
participate in the current application round?
   - Related on pro bono service provider and mentor orientation on new
gTLD program. How effective is the service so far? Any update and/or
   improvement on the service?
   - When the new gTLD program created the service, it aimed to support the
applicants who need help on the application because of a lack of
language and legal knowledge, but there are some concerns that the team
members haven’t reflected the inclusivity in the community.

I believe the 2 questions about ASP can be merged and combined.
Regarding questions about multistakeholder model, CS participation etc
questions, tbh I don't expect detailed responses and will be quite generic
if not scripted based on previous interactions. I will convey them anyway
to reiterate the concerns.
A usual question we add is what are the priority topics or plans expected
from ICANN org for the next ICANN meeting.

Please share your input so we can consolidate those topics.

Best,

Rafik
