Hi Rafik, 

My question would related on pro bono service provider and mentor orientation on new gTLD program. How effective the service so far? Any update and/or improvement on the service?

When the new gTLD program created the service, it has aim for support the applicants who need help on the application because lack of language and legal knowledge, but there are some concern that the team members haven’t reflect the inclusivity in the community.
