Hi all,
Another option ("For comments and feedback relating to the RSEP process,
including input on implementation of the policy or comments on services
proposed by registry operators"), is to email registryservice at icann.org.
Comments like those can be seen here:

However, and sorry if I'm being repetitive, I would suggest being cautious
and understanding the real impacts of it before. IMHO, considering the
costs of access to this service and the existence of something similar
before, it, at least at first sight, just simplifies (and maybe makes it
cheaper) a result that could be achieved through other paths, and that a
certain category of users (trademark right-holders) already could access.
Then, one should evaluate these impacts within the scope of NCSG values and
priorities. As an example, trying to build upon what was already mentioned
here in the thread, with the intention of developing this good debate even
more, first mover advantage (or, if we think more broadly, "first come,
first served") is not a problem in itself; it is one of the base principles
of domain name registration, and we already have others parts of the ICANN
community who champion, with great tenacity and attention, the perspectives
of IP right-holders.
