Hi all!
Great to see the engagement around this issue! However, IMHO, I think we
are still at the phase of understanding the level of impact and risks, so a
potential action could be properly planned beforehand.
Trying to help inform the discussion a bit more, here is the proposal

It doesn't seem to me that we have a direct way to act regarding the
decision within RSEP, since it wasn't flagged as something that could go to
Public Comment (good to point out to newcomers that RSEP is not a community
policy process, although it was, as far as I understood, created through
one). The potential exception is the reconsideration process, but I'm not
sure if non-commercial would be framed as a legitimate party in this case,
considering the language of the policy linked above. Maybe a path would be
through more general appeal/questioning processes, or even more informal
questioning. Would like to hear from others who may know this better than I
- and also more info about the service that is being proposed, since some
aspects of it are not very clear yet.
