[Ncsg-discuss] February 12th GNSO Council meeting summary

Hi Pedro,

We really didn't discuss this substantively during SPS we just talked about
tools we really didn't decide on RPM or any other prioritization. So I do
not remember having a substantive discussion about this but my memory fails
me each time. I am going to follow up with staff about this.
If the council wants to have a discussion about this, we will insist on
doing an independent study before chartering. The sooner we ask for that
the better.
