[Ncsg-discuss] Questions for meeting with CEO

Yes, could you please share our ongoing concern that ICANN is about to 
enter the review of the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy - its very 
first consensus policy (1999) -- without any of the independent research 
that allowed us to properly engage in a "data-driven review" of later 
trademark rights protection mechanisms  (including the Uniform Rapid 
Suspension and Trademark Clearinghouse, created later for New gTLDs).

Data-driven reviews are not something that should be subject to 
political winds. It is a commitment we have made to ourselves and to the 
Internet Community (which is now the entire world).
