<p>Yes, could you please share our ongoing concern that ICANN is
about to enter the review of the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy
- its very first consensus policy (1999) -- without any of the
independent research that allowed us to properly engage in a
"data-driven review" of later trademark rights protection
mechanisms (including the Uniform Rapid Suspension and Trademark
Clearinghouse, created later for New gTLDs).</p>
<p>Data-driven reviews are not something that should be subject to
political winds. It is a commitment we have made to ourselves and
to the Internet Community (which is now the entire world). </p>

Basically providing additional fund is
something we support for new gtld
application but ICANN reserve funds is
not the pot of money to touch for
operational matters. How did they come
up with that decision? How can we
prevent them from tapping into the
reserve funds which is not for
operational matters in the future. And
it’s not little money and there is no
plan to put it back from other sources
at later stage. </div>
