[Ncsg-discuss] Extending the ICP2 review

>From my perspective, AFRINIC has already carried out a structured and
transparent engagement for the ICP2 review. They created an open and
dedicated mailing list specifically for this process, organised member and
community webinars, and gathered inputs that resulted in a solid submission
reflecting the region and its issues.

For reference, their webinar series on the ICP2 review is publicly
available here: https://www.afrinic.net/webinar-series-2

If, after reviewing all submissions, the working group itself feels it is
necessary to reopen the process or invite additional inputs, that would be
fully appropriate and within their mandate. And of course, if the AFRICA
community or AFRINIC members themselves deem it necessary, especially now
that the Board has appointed the NRO representative, then additional
engagement could naturally follow.

For now, I believe we should allow the process to follow its course.
