I am the NCSG representative to the IFR and as I shared last week at the
ICANN meeting, I don't believe there is any concerning point in what is
proposed as recommendations. However, I would like to ask our  members who
were involved in the IANA stewardship transition, PTI and CSC to chime in
and review the report in order to assist with the NCSG comment.
