Transfer Policy Review Completed

Hi, with thanks to Ken and all who worked on this, what happened?  What 
are the _specific protections_ for Registrants in the transfer policy?

Over the many years, we have commented on the need for notice - no 
transferring our domain names without making sure that we (the 
Registrant) have expressly, clearly, knowingly agreed.  We have written 
many comments on this, and discussed this at many policy and information 
sessions.

I can't think of anything more important -- so to our participants, what 
happened? What did you get - and thank you for getting it!
