Having social media is not an identity one has to understand the difference
between social media and website or domain. Social media is for connecting
and networking, information dissimilation where as website or domain is an
identity or brand of a business .
The main question is would you trust a company with domain or social media?
The web app is something that supports the use and further facilitates the
progressive users engagement towards audience towards organization.
