I recall reaching out to Rafik to resuscitate a platform and respect the response and support we later gave to the rebirth of the dynamic coalition for YCIG.

Rafik has been serving NCSG in different capacities for many years but also when it was time, he took a step back for others to lead NCSG and mentored many. He is also a great project manager and a leader, during his terms NCSG filed many public comments, vigorously tracked them, received briefs and reports about what was going on at ICANN. I think at this time NCSG needs Rafik for his executive and leadership skills, we will be lucky to have Rafik lead NCSG once again.
