Dear Pedro de Perdigão Lana,

Thank you for your email and for highlighting these important
considerations.

I am keenly interested in participating as a speaker at the 19th Annual IGF
Meeting in Riyadh. Given my extensive experience as a three-time ICANN
fellow and my deep involvement in the subject matter of our proposed
session, "Noncommercial Users Constituency Role in a Safe Internet," I am
confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to the discussion.

Regarding logistical considerations, I am working on confirmed to be onsite
at the IGF in Riyadh and am prepared to engage in a substantive discussion
on the session's topic. I am prepared to delve into the details of how the
Noncommercial Users Constituency can contribute to ensuring a safe internet
environment.

I look forward to further discussing my potential role in the session.

Best regards,
**PETERKING Quaye **
