NCUC session approved at the 19th annual IGF / seeking for speakers

Congratz on leading the work to have this session approved, Amin!

Amin, if I may complement your call by highlighting an important piece of
information you already mentioned: considering there is no guaranteed
support to go to Riyadh involved here, a crucial aspect to be evaluated
would be that the person is already confirmed (or with great chances to
receive support) to be onsite at the IGF. It is also relevant to know what
the applicant intends to talk about related to the session description,
with a reasonable level of depth/detail.

So, Peterking (while also asking the same for others who are also
interested, in future answers), could you gently complement the declaration
of interest with those two pieces of info?
