Hi Johan and colleagues
It was not a private meeting.
I was on the review team with Raoul and we ensured it got to the
documentation prepared but unfortunately the larger NCSG family did not see
it as a priority.
EC meets without invites to some of us for an update if there is need,
especially since I left the Finance Committee, but definitely it was not
followed through during the comments period. I remember alerting us on that
but no cogent action followed.
We actually aimed at rebalancing that could give us more slots that could
be distributed across NCSG, NCUC and NPOC, otherwise we redefine how it
rotates among the NCSG community.
At a time we met weekly until things got well underway.
