ICANN75: NCSG Meeting with the ICANN Board

Somebody has to start leading this effort.
-talk to the contracted party
- talk constantly to the Board about it
-send a letter to GNSO council chair
- send a letter to the contracted parties

Otherwise we keep talking about this among ourselves and nothing will
happen.
