Dear all, especially our GNSO councillors, and our SCC members.
Please pay attention to this issue of GNSO  council GAC liaison.
There are a lot of issues with the performance of the liaisons recently.
They need to remain neutral and report from GAC to GNSO, instead of
defending GAC initiatives etc.
