Meet the candidates - Q&A on the list!

So, Caleb is correct! The “meet the candidates” call is not codified into
any of our internal procedures but was part of a good internal tradition.

Honestly there is no norm being ignored or skipped here, and I’m sad to
know some might have seen it like that. The issue was managing to have a
call between today and Monday that would allow for the majority of our
candidates to join. But in order to be fair and allow for everyone to have
this exchange, we opted for doing a list Q&A for all candidates to be
present instead of a call with one or two.
