Hi Peter,

Not taking a brief for Bruna but here is my thought. I don't think a norm
is skipped. A small modification is just made to give a wider
opportunity to document the same Q&A that could have been asked during a
call by putting it in black and white.

If you ask me, this allows for more even open debate.

Please feel free to ask those concerned your questions. Let's make the
debate participatory via the mailing list by shooting those questions.
