Greetings.
++++ at Carlos.
Everybody needs help. The NCSG members more than others
This initiative seems to be a process to widden the team of the NCSG
community leaders by give them another chance to usable and useful for
their constituencies; NCUC and (particularly) the NPOC.
It's a very good initiative imho.
But, the linguistic issue remain insolvable. This issue remain a break for
a wide range of people.
My 2 cents.
