Heya, Milton,
Thanks for the reply! I did send an answer on the leadership list similar
to what I said on the planning call that was for us to postpone any sort of
new approach to another meeting instead of this one. Imho there will be a
lot of will for communities to meet and the experience of a first hybrid
meeting might already be too overwhelming for us to introduce a new
approach.
On my email to the list I also said that if community leadership insisted
on pursuing this new approach, it should not be an issue for the PDPs work,
possibility for all of us to meet internally, and also the Plenaries.
But I’m also open to any new ideas and comments you all might have on the
new proposed approach.
