Comment re: SubPro Final Report

Hi all,
Hope everyone is keeping well. In response to the call for public comments
on the Final Report of the GNSO New gTLD Subsequent Procedures (SubPro)
Working Group, I drafted the attached submission, with some feedback from a
few colleagues.
We're just passing it around for additional signatories now - please let me
