I am not really sure that sharing the actual workload of one o the more 
active working groups at the moment is going to encourage people to join 
the next pdp....but here goes, since we are in full-on NCSG consultation 
mode.

By Friday we need to have identified what we cannot live with in the 
latest version of that document I copied out.  The Google link is here

My position is still that RrSg advice and guidance should remain outside 
the policy document, to reduce the likelihood of it becoming mandatory, 
and further constricting the ability of contracted parties to determine 
whether they want to bother trying to differentiate between legal vs 
natural.

Throughout this document, we have conflated the terms registrant and 
data subject.  This is such a fundamental mistake in the terms of 
applying data protection law ( a legal person is not a data subject 
because they have no rights under the data protection law) that I must 
admit I frequently throw up my hands and walk away. However, this is not 
the time to walk away, we need to reach agreement in NCSG on what we are 
saying to this gang.
