GNSO Standing Committee for Continuous Improvement - Any additional input

Hi Bruna,

I believe the main concern I heard was regarding the fact that these
standing committees are continuously chipping power away from the council
and though they may have good intent, they may inadvertently make
councilors a ceremonial role.
